Network Administrator:

Responsible for setting up, installing, and monitoring networks. Performs a variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation, and training tasks to ensure computer network performance meets company and user satisfaction. Identifies information system enhancements that will improve business and support future business needs. Maintenance and repair work on any computer related equipment that supports the business from desktops, laptops, phones, printers, any piece of computer related peripheral or software an end user would be using.
Develop IT initiatives to support RMS organic business growth and deliver value innovation business to RMS to respond to market pressures by focusing on cost savings, return on investment (ROI), clinical care quality, and growth objectives; on the other hand, it must help RMS to operate within acceptable limits of risk and information integrity, particularly in the protection of patient health information.
To provide technical support functions for the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) including the management of switches, routers, firewalls, servers and SAN storage system. Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, e-mail or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues – desktop, server, and network level
• Redirect or escalate problems to appropriate resources when necessary
• Escalate situations requiring urgent attention appropriately
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates – server/application/desktop
• Ability for on-call coverage for IT Support
• Install, configure, and support the LANs WANs and Internet systems.
• Maintain network hardware/software upgrade/replacement and manage Active Directory.
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• Plan, co-ordinate, and implement network security measures.
• To manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the network resources.
• Design storage systems according to specified availability and performance requirements.
• Perform backup and archival of files stored on the network to assist disaster recovery.
• Analyze user support statistics and other data and recommend appropriate measures.
• Assists in maintaining the operating system and security software utilized on the network, including adding new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges.
• Integrate hardware into existing LAN environments including establishing network, file server access, configuration of email and print server connectivity.
• Physical network troubleshooting – drops, switch ports, routers, switches needing power cycling, crimping cables, terminating cables, etc.
• Monitoring daily performance of network, and servers such as email, firewalls, VPN, remote access, etc.
• Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
• Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
• Provides on-call, after hours technical support to internal and external customers when required.
• Drive/travel to location sites when required

Desires :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current Microsoft server or server-based application certification required
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• 3-5 years systems support – Windows XP through Windows 8 and Windows Server 2003-2012
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Virtualization experience preferred
• Physical hardware experience such as desktops, servers, laptops, and printers.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and login scripts
• Understanding of DHCP, DNS, FTP
• Basic knowledge of firewall, routing, switching, and wireless technologies
• A+, Network+, Cisco, Citrix or other related certifications preferred
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• 3-5 years’ experience in the information technology industry
• Proficiency in RIS/PACS, HL7/DICOM, network, virtualization, phone system, desktop/server support
• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; healthcare discipline will be preferred.
• Travel is required for multiple sites/partners during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected
• This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to successfully work with internal and external clients at all levels of responsibility
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Corridor Radiology is currently seeking a candidate for a friendly, full time Sonographer to join our team of dedicated staff. Please see below for job requirements.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate sonographic images to determine if images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes.
• Take thorough and accurate patient medical histories.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with referring physicians, co-workers, and patients.
• Work with other radiologic staff to maintain patient flows and achieve production goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all health information, HIPAA compliance.
• Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during exam.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of one to two years of clinical experience preferred
• Vascular & OB certification preferred
• ARDMS Registry required
• CPR certified
• Pleasant, professional personality
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively
• The ability to multi-task and work as a team player
• Self – Motivator
