Ultrasound is a safe and effective, non-invasive, non-radiative imaging modality. It has become a key radiologic tool in the past 50 years, and its uses and technological advances have grown since its introduction in the 1950s.

Corridor Radiology and Muscatine Radiology offer a plethora of ultrasound exams that are performed by sonographers certified in many areas such as abdominal, vascular, and OB/GYN- including breast and pediatric studies.

Services

OB/GYN Ultrasound:

We perform a spectrum of OB ultrasounds and spend the last 15 minutes of each 20-week OB Ultrasound exam taking the beloved and cherished 3D/4D Ultrasound photos our patients have loved for years. Our large ultrasound rooms offer a wall-mounted television so patients and loved ones can have a wonderful experience while getting their first glimpse of the baby.

Elective Fetal Ultrasound:

As you step into Corridor or Muscatine Radiology for your elective fetal ultrasound, you’re immediately welcomed by a warm, calming atmosphere designed to make this special moment feel truly memorable. The reception area offers a peaceful space with soft lighting, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches like freshly brewed coffee and comfortable seating. During your ultrasound, skilled technologists guide you through the process with care and compassion, ensuring you feel relaxed and informed every step of the way. Whether you're seeing your baby’s heartbeat for the first time or watching tiny movements on the screen, the experience is both intimate and awe-inspiring—made even more meaningful by the supportive environment and expert attention provided by these trusted imaging centers.
